If we, as Bible believers, would move our belief in science books to the Faith we need in God’s Word, many Truths about the earth and the “universe” would be realized.
“So Adam had a light travel time problem.” There isn’t a problem with Adam; we today have the problem—if you have Faith and believe in God’s Word. Understanding God’s Word doesn’t require a scholar, theologian, or government scientist. Hebrews 4:12 is for all of us! By the way, the moon gives its own light. Genesis 1 “And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.”
The stars, moon, and sun were immediately visible to Adam just as they are today. Forget what you think you know about light-years. The celestial bodies between Earth and Heaven are closer than you realize. Oh, by the way, the sun is the sun, not a star.
Bible believer – Genesis 1:14 “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:” For some reason, Christians are afraid to talk about the firmament because of indoctrination by the public education system.
Also from AIG, “but the closest star is more than four light-years away.” And we know this how? Aah, because of what man has duped us into believing.
“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handiwork.”
Something else to muse upon, and you should study God’s Word and believe that you serve a God who is outside the realms of time, space, and, matter.
Bible believer – Here it is in Joshua 10:12 “Then spake Joshua to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.”
The sun and the moon are moving, not the earth. We are not on a spinning mass propelling through “space.”
If you serve a God that you can explain, then your god is not my God.
NASA isn’t the answer! They have locked us into a prison of fiction and deceit.
Bible believer – “And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”
“But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;”
“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.”
Don’t overlook the word firmament in Genesis!
We lessen and attack the greatness of our God by limiting Him to what we’re indoctrinated with by science books, telescopes, scientists, and NASA!
So, do you prefer to study to shew yourselves approved or bank on the information from a corrupt government?
